This beautiful blown glass ornament features Niagara Falls which is the collective name for three waterfalls that straddle the international border between the Canadian province of Ontario and the American state of New York. They form the southern end of the Niagara Gorge.
This ornament is also available with a plastic tour boat added to it but having seen the photos of the actual boat by the Falls we felt it was out of proportion and requested that it be left off the ornaments made for us. Here you will just see the majestic Falls in all their glory.

The Pantheon is a building in Rome, Italy, commissioned by Marcus Agrippa during the reign of Augustus (27 BC - 14 AD) and rebuilt by the emperor Hadrian about 126 AD. Almost two thousand years after it was built, the Pantheon's dome is still the world's largest unreinforced concrete dome. It is truly a remarkable structure and having stood in its center during a light rain with the drops falling straight down through the 30 foot open skylight it is also very memorable for me.
