SHIPPING INFORMATION UPDATE
Thank-you for placing an order.
If you need your shipment by a specific date, be sure and put the date you need it by in the comment field of the order form. We will select the best option for you so it will arrive in time.
SHIPPING within the USA
Orders shipping within the USA will be shipped UPS Ground or USPS Ground Advantage thru the Post Office.
SHIPPING to HAWAII, ALASKA and APO/FPO
Orders shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, and APO/FPO will ship USPS Priority Mail or USPS 1st Class Ground at actual cost. The cost is based on the weight of your package and will be manually be added to your total when we process your order.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We can ship to Canada at actual cost and will send you a price quote before we ship. Please allow 5 extra days for your order to be processed especially during holidays. Be aware that you could end up paying duty and Custom Brokerage fee when your package is delivered.
Please note we can only ship to Canada and within the US.
INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESSES
Please make sure the shipping address is correct when you fill out the order form.
You should also check the order confirmation email that you will receive when your order is placed.
Please be aware that UPS charges a $14.00 service fee for any address corrections that are made after your package ships.
USPS (the post office) will not be able to make a correction once your order ships and may send your package back to us if the address is incorrect.
Making sure the address is correct will eliminate a delay in the delivery and avoid the service fee.
TRACKING and EMAIL NOTIFICATIONS
USPS (Post Office) and UPS - Stamps.com will email the tracking number when your order ships. They will send another email when the post office or UPS driver scans your package as delivered. If you want to check the location of your package at any time please input the tracking number provided by Stamps.com into the post office web site www.USPS.com or UPS.com .
